Young puppy in Georgia needs rescue ASAP

Finally got some good pictures of Berney. His skin still isn't all that great. He has been staying outside. He was out when It was cold and I almost brought him in. He was so warm and he was playing with the others so I let him stay out.

In this email I received a description of the shelter Berney came from. Rural shelters are not know to be very good but this one sounds atrocious. Please help support these rescuers who are trying to get animal out of there.

Lyons Animal Shelter in Lyons, GA. We are overcrowded, underfed, our kennels are wet some flooded, no beds or anyway to keep warm and our kennels are outside. Last winter some of our doggies froze to death. Winter is almost on us again. The owner here uses doggies for target practice killing 77 in one day. If we haven't been starved to death or shot we make it to the killing chamber where killings are done by a person that is not a licensed vet.
