Possible Animal Cruelty Case In Leon County, TX

Texas does everything in a big way. I watched Houston Animal Cops all the time and am still amazed at the number of neglected horses which run rampant across the state. Many of these are stuck out in a pasture somewhere with no grass to graze, not water supply and very little human interaction. As a young girl, my dream was always to have my own horse. Being an Army brat made that a little impossible but I still love horses with the same passion I did as a little girl.
