Help needed for small rural shelter in Palatka, Florida

When you live in a populated, fairly stable area like the one we live in, it is very easy to forget there are small, rural shelters which don't have the advantages we do. We have a fabulous network of animal lovers who support the rescue missions of all the shelters in the area.
This shelter in Palatka, Florida is small, rural with very little support or money so the majority of the animals they take in don't make it out.
I am asking all the animal lovers in this area to please brainstorm. Contact anyone you know who might live in the area around Palatka, which is between Jacksonville and Orlando and see if they can help. These dogs have no beds, blankets, toys etc. only the basic necessities.
The shelter is located behind a landfill and they are only open for a few hours in the afternoon. I am sure they could use volunteers for just about anything, on top of donations of blankets etc.
The offer has been made to post photos and descriptions, but right now there is no one in the area who can get us this information.
It is located in Putnam County. The address is 140 County Landfill Road, Palatka, Florida and the phone number is 386- 329- 0396.
Please post and crosspost this information. Let's see if we can find someone in the area to help us help them.
