Make this a great adoption day

The weather here in southwest Florida has been gorgeous. Of course, it is the time of year for gorgeous weather. Today promises much of the same, cool morning and warm afternoons. There is always a friskiness among the dogs when the mornings cool off and even the seniors seem to have an extra spring in their step.

Most shelters and rescues are open on Sunday. If you have been looking for a new pet, why not visit today and see what you might find.

There are many, many homeless pets in the area just waiting on you. Some have been in kennels for months and are beginning to despair. They may be thinking the perfect home cannot be found for them.

I know there is a perfect home for all of them. It is just a matter of matching them up with the right human.

Could you be that human? You will never know unless you get out and visit.
