SPCA plans Black Friday pet adoption event in New Port Richey

SPCA Suncoast located in New Port Richey is having their own Black Friday. Traditionally, black cats and dogs are not adopted as quickly as others from shelters so on Friday, any animal who is 50% black will be offered for reduced adoption fees. What a great idea.
