Senior poodle in Jacksonville dumped at vet's office

Please read below and help if you can. Another senior dumped by irresponsible people.

How sad and frightened this old boy must be. Another poor senior dumped at the vet's office and now AC in Jacksonville, FL!

Got in a 12+ male poodle that was dumped at a vets office. He is very scared and a bit nippy. If anyone can help him please let me know.
