The angels among us

Every once in a while, I come across someone who inspires me to do better. Just when I have given up hope for an animal who has no chances left, a person comes along who restores my faith in the process and makes it easier to continue on this path.
They give of themselves so unselfishly, you sometimes cannot find the right words to thank them because thank you seems too pat.
So to this person, who will know who he is, you are an angel and an inspiration and I thank you from the depths of my soul.
