Labrador available for adoption

Taffy is a young, 9 month old female chocolate Lab. She has lived most of her life in a shelter but luckily, the good folks at Lab Rescue were notified and able to take her in to give her a chance of the life she deserves.

Taffy has lived with children before in the earlier months in her life and is good with other dogs. She is curious about cats and may chase them if they run. Taffy would benefit from an obedience class though she knows how to sit. She is petite at about 40 pounds and probably will not get much bigger than that. Since Taffy has spent so much time in the shelter we really do not know if she is housebroken but with crate training and a consistent schedule this can be accomplished but it will take a patient family. Taffy is very sweet like her name and loving. She is in the SW Florida (Ft Myers/ Cape Coral) area.
