Toronto Restricts Sales Of Cats And Dogs

Our neighbors to the north are on the right track concerning the selling of dogs and cats in pet stores unless they come from shelters or rescue groups. This happened right after the bust of the largest puppy mill ever in Canada.
Animal rights activists are hoping this move will continue to all areas and cities in Canada.
