$2,500 Reward Offered In Animal Torture Cases in Louisville, Kentucky
Louisville, Kentucky, known more for horse racing than animal abuse, had three major abuse cases in August and their new director of Animal Services says this will not be tolerated in Louisville.
Only one dog survived out of the three cases and in the first case, the reported owner has been charged with three counts of felony abuse.
It may take this kind of outrage from citizens before owners are held accountable for their actions.
