15 puppy mill dogs get help in South Carolina

Thank God someone is paying attention in the Carolinas. As more and more puppy mills are closed in Missouri and Pennsylvania, disreputable breeders are relocating into other states. When this breeder, and I use the term loosely, was told all her dogs had to be vaccinated or given up, she relinquished 130 animals. She wasn't charged with any crime, but she did have to give the animals up. 130 neglected animals may have a chance to find a new home. Keep your fingers crossed for them and thank the agencies who took these dogs in.
