San Francisco animal shelter running out of space

San Francisco, which has the reputation for being animal-friendly, is facing the same difficulty being seen in the rest of the country. Too many animals. They have an abundance of pit bulls and chihuahuas. They are slicing their adoption fees and asking residents to hold on to strays for a couple of days until they can find some of the shelter animals homes.
