Special Labrador available for adoption

My name is Calvin. Everyone who has met me, cared for me or worked on me has fallen in love with me.

I have dysplastic kidneys, which means my kidneys are special. The cells grow in an atypical pattern and the kidneys don't work exactly right. Right now my kidneys are pretty healthy and are a good size, so my prognosis is good. The specialist feels I can live for years with proper love and care.

My only downfall is my bladder, which leaks when I sleep. So I need a special home who understands my needs and perhaps a chance to have access to the outside with a doggy door. If you have a big heart and lots of love for a special needs puppy like me ...come visit and lets see if we make that perfect couple.

LRROF has all our Labs microchipped, spayed or neutered, up to date on shots and each adoption comes with a 30 day pre-paid pet health insurance plan. All applicants will have a home inspection and vet reference. (if applicable)

Special Note: Many rescue groups, including LRRoF depend on the generosity of the public to continue caring for the animals they receive. Many animals come into rescue much like Calvin.
