Marines enlist ASPCA to test dogs

After blasting the U.S. military for a breed ban on post for military families with pets, I was excited to see the Marines had enlisted the help of the ASPCA. Out of 100 dogs they identified 2 with a problem and one of those will be working with a trainer and one will be neutered.
