Is there a line to be drawn?

The Supreme Court is studing a case now on the legality of dog fight videos. The law was passed 10 years ago and prohibits production and sale of animal cruelty video. The justices appear to agree the law is too broad but whether they will strike it down we will not know until the spring.
The case is U.S. v. Stevens, 08-769.
