Palm Beach County animal control will go after pet owners who don't pay bills

Owning a pet has certain responsibilities which go along with it. One of those is to not let your dogs run loose and keeping up their vaccinations. When an animal control agency picks up a dog, their owner is responsible for boarding fees and costs associated with the agency holding their dogs. If the owners do not pay the fees, the agency must absorb the costs, which the taxpayers are paying for.

I say, good for Palm Beach County. Why don't we hold the owners responsible? County agencies should have been doing this all along.
