Cookie, a senior Chihuahua at A/S in Orlando, FL needs rescue immediately

This animal is currently located in kennel WDI32 and will be available for rescue until 03/23/2012.
Comments: This girl came in as a stray. She weighs 10 lbs and is waiting to be tested for heartworms. Per the vet: The dog does not seem to be blind and is reluctant to move at all. Exam shows the dog not to have cataracts and believe the dog has retinal degeneration. The dog has a small mass on the left anterior chest and needle aspiration shows it to be a small lipoma. There is clean and appears to have been taken care of.// Please let me know if anyone can rescue her. Thanks, DV
