11(?) y/o Golden Retriever Needs a Home (Fort Lauderdale)

I believe Riley is about 11-12 or so and he's either a pure Golden Ret or mix, weighs about 40-45 pounds. He belonged to my elderly neighbor who passed away recently, she had 2 children that lived in up north, couldn't take the dog, her house is currently being sold as well. My wife and I took Riley in instead of him going to the shelter, I don't think he could survive there in a cage especially at his old age. We already have 2 large dogs. We know Riley well as our dogs play with him, saw our neighbor walk him all the time. He's healthy, house broken, loves to be around people. He would lay down next to your feet and would not move for long time, loves sleeping. He seems likes he wants to be the only dog in the house because he was spoiled but he will play fine with other dogs outside or in the dog park. I guess he would be a good companion for a retired person or to somebody who works from home or doesn't have any dogs. He is very relaxed, loves to be with people. We want him to go to a good home so we'll choose very carefully. We want you to love him and care for him for the rest of his life (maybe another 3-4 years, hopefully longer) and prefer him to go to a house that doesn't have any dogs or cats since he likes to be the only four legged animal.
Edit: Few people e-mailed me since I put this add this morning, they ask me to be very careful since there are maniacs out there that takes free dogs and sell them to medical labs or have a dog fight....etc. I'll ask for $35 to prevent these people contacting me and I will donate it to the Human Society.
