Make this weekend count for the animals
It is going to be a beautiful weekend weatherwise beginning tomorrow. The gorgeous temps are supposed to hold through the weekend.
It is the Christmas season and although I, along with most rescues and shelters never recommend giving pets as gifts, we do recommend visiting your local shelter and picking out a family pet together.
You will be able to have your pick of size and shape. All the rescues and agencies in this area are packed to bursting with dogs and cats. There is one with your name on it. I promise.
After you have a fun-filled day on Saturday, check Jazz on the Daiquri Deck to benefit SDA and Royal Pet Rescue on Sunday. Listen to some music, sip a mimosa or bloody mary and help animals at the same time.
