Broward to revamp animal-cruelty procedures
Elizabeth Bressack A severly sick dog named Princess has caused Broward County to revanp their animal cruelty procedures. It took the county four days to confiscate an obviously suffering dog and charge her owner and many in the county wanted to know why. Procedurally, the county did nothing wrong. I could argue they morally failed this dog. But she is doing good so far.
