Although when first presented, I was not sure I could back this bill, after reviewing it several times and speaking to several different groups of people, this act would be a win/win for all shelters. There are naysayers, but I have discounted them and hope you will, too! We are making strides in Florida to try and get a handle on the pet overpopulation. This is one more tool we will be able to use to accomplish this.
