Tampa, FL - Please help fellow rescuer - She found two dogs tied to her car

Desperate situation

Margo with large breed rescue in Tampa came out of Publix and found these 2 dogs tied to her car!

She wears rescue shirts and such, so the people who dumped these dogs must have followed her and that's scary.

Please forward as she has nowhere for them to go and the female may be pregnant.
