Is there a spot under the jail?

Just as I am getting into the holiday spirit with the approach of Thanksgiving, another horrifying story of animal abuse. This time, it was a 13 week old pit bull puppy, who got slammed on the sidewalk and kicked down the road like a soccer ball. The puppy died.
The boyfriend of the owner didn't like the dog and was upset the dog was misbehaving before the start of a football game.
Hmmm? I wonder if she will take him back when he bonds out of jail?
