Brevard County discussing no kill philosophy

How inspiring is it to read this story about the effort in Brevard County to go to a no kill philosophy? Pretty damned inspiring for me. To read a story where the county calls a meeting with all the rescue groups in the area to discuss working together to stop the euthanasia of unwanted animals.
The key words here are working together. Do you think we could get something going like that in this area? No, probably not. You see, I think many people in this area simply have their own agenda, which is more important to them than saving animals. I would like for them to prove me wrong.
