Sally, a neglected German Shepherd will be put down Thursday if not saved (Tampa, FL)

This is Sally, came into HCAS as a neglect case and so the owner surrendered her. She is VERY sweet, loves to give kisses and is also extremely urgent. Her time was up last week, they are giving me until Thursday. She has quite a bit of hair loss and scaly skin on her rear end and tail, too thin, and she is HW+. Age is estimated as 4-8 yo. Shelter says she enjoys the companionship of other dogs. She seems so happy at the shelter, I can only imagine what her previous living conditions were :(
