Emergency transport needed today from Pompano to Deerfield Beach

I need to get this dog from Pompano (Dog House) to Deerfield Beach to opthamologist tomorrow morning at 10:20. Do you know anyone that can help? This is an emergency. He's going to need to see the specialist person for the eye, he has a horrible eye ulceration thats on the border of rupture. It's beyond a darko level at this point from what the mdas write up says. It looks like mdas tacked his eyelid over to protect it. they noted that its very close to rupture. He's probably going to have to have his eye removed as well.
Can you imagine how excruciating that must've been with that horrible eye getting worse and worse, cone dug into his neck and sitting in a miami back yard. He must've just sat and suffered for months, unable to rub it, or do anything. Makes me so angry.
