Pet Pages Celebration of Pets - Feb 25th - Volunteers needed for Sarasota County Animal Services
I have sent in the application for A/S to attend the 2nd annual Celebration of Pets at the Fairgrounds on Feb 25th 10-5pm. I will have 2 staff members (Debbie & Lisa) assigned to attend & bring the initial dogs to the function.
We’ll need a few volunteers to assist with holding the dogs & talking to the public. We’ll try to schedule a couple of volunteers for a few hours if no one can stay most of the function. Hopefully Kristen will be able to assist me with scheduling the times for volunteers to come.
We have a display board but I would like a few volunteers to make that board more informative & we’ll try to include fliers/brochures discussing what Animal Services is about.
In the weeks to come you will see more information being emailed out but I just wanted to get this date on our activities calendar.
