Puppy mills leave lasting scars on dogs

What animal people have been saying all along is now being backed by a new study. Best Friends Animal Society and the University of Pennsylvania's School of Veterinarian Medicine conducted the study. It is the first large study comparing mill survivors to dogs raised in homes. It just confirms what we observe on a daily basis.
