Making pet arrangements

One of the discussions on the blog over and over again was making arrangements for your pet in case. In case you must go to the hospital, in case you must leave in an emergency situation or in case you lose your life. Your pets have no option but to go where humans take them.
I was sad to see this story where a man lost his dog to a new family because proper arrangements were not made.
This is a sad story and it could happen anywhere.
