KCMO moves animals due to sickness

With the shelters and rescues being so overcrowded, it did not surprise me to read this story out of Kansas City, Missouri.
A disease outbreak has caused numerous deaths of dogs and cats. The animals are now being moved so the shelter can clean.
Please consider adopting from your local animal rescue organization. The animals need our help now.
