Englewood, FL - Tootsie Pop, a 4 month old Chihuahua mix scared to death at the shelter
Tootsie Pop is a 4 month old spayed female Chihuahua mix that is scared to death in the shelter. We tried to put her in adoptions but she would just bark and show her teeth to the potential adopters. She is comfortable with only the staff members she is familiar with. Unfortunately, she is regressing instead of getting more comfortable. Does anyone have room for her?
