One year old rat terrier ? dumped due to bad eye in Miami

Sweet, sweet dog, only 1 yr old, thrown away like garbage. One eye seems a bit larger than the other so Miami won’t even show him, preparing him for death! Annette thinks it might be glaucoma at the worst, for which a few drops from a vet tech could determine if it is glaucoma or not, which is easy to treat with eye drops.
