In the meantime, St. Louis....

I used to know a reporter who had lived in St. Louis and we talked animals. He told me there had always been problems there with money and Animal Control. Apparently St. Louis continues to have issues with trying to integrate public animal control with private agencies and even though this article points out that intakes for the year are up and euthanasias are down, the city can do better.
The mayor has a lot of good ideas which have been used in other areas and I will watch to see how this plays out. Check out the story here.
